Reta Jeppesen is the Founder and Director of Beyond the Classroom Australia specialising in coaching teachers, principals, and schools globally. She is currently scaling her business, Beyond the Classroom Australia, where she offers coaching, events, and webinars to educators. Her passion is ignited here, harnessing her expertise and nonjudgmental approach to support educators to reach their goals. Peta remains equally committed to her own continuous professional and personal development to ensure that her knowledge and skills remain relevant to her work.

Peta holds a Bachelor of Teaching, a Graduate Diploma of Educational Studies, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Religious Education. Her professional development specialties include Non-Violent Communication, The Red School, Berry Street, NLP Practitioner, Montessori Foundations, and Thinking into Results.

Peta is a heartfelt mentor and guide to those who are ready to take the next step in their careers. She currently resides in Mackay, Queensland, Australia with her husband and two daughters.
