Campaign Coordinator, Students Need School Libraries Campaign
Since 2005, Holly has morphed from a classroom teacher ‘winging it’ in the school library into a qualified teacher librarian and passionate campaigner for the vital role of school libraries for students of all ages. Her experiences, including 19 years of teaching, nine years of school library advocacy work and parenting two children who have attended schools with under-resourced libraries, have directly informed the strategic direction of the new national campaign, Students Need School Libraries. She sees parents as the key to changing the tide for this very important issue and is delighted to be here presenting today.
Holly will present at the Capacity Building School Libraries Conferences.
