Tim Clark is a Partner in the National Intellectual Property & Technology team of Piper Alderman.
Tim is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology team.
Tim has extensive experience in relation to all aspects of intellectual property (including copyright, patents, trade marks, designs and confidential information/trade secrets). He advises on intellectual property protection and management, commercialisation and licensing transactions and enforcement of intellectual property (including litigation). He also has experience advising on related trade practices issues and the impacts of social media.
Tim advises technology service providers in the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector as well as acting for government and corporate clients procuring ICT services. Tim has experience in relation to a wide range of technology contracts, commercial agreements, corporate structures and related intellectual property and data protection/privacy issues.
