Nick has spent over 17 years as an educator, 15 of them in leadership positions. He has worked in primary, secondary and higher education in four different countries and has a wealth of experience in technology enhanced pedagogy. Nick has 2 Masters degrees in Education and eLearning and is currently slogging through a PhD part-time, researching an area he is passionate about: the role of student Digital Leaders in enhancing teachers’ technology proficiency. Currently, part of a leadership team in a fast paced, forward thinking secondary school in South Australia, Nick is heavily involved in STEM advancements, technology, empowering students, learning spaces and strategic improvements to teaching and learning in the school. He is a regular contributor to the Twitter network under the guise of @largerama and blogs at largerama.creativeblogs.net and learnenabling.com as well as running ozdls.com. Nick brings a forthright, Yorkshire perspective and energy to the education Lazy Susan.
